The south part of the Park prevails Carpathian beech forest but also the north forest growing on dry ground and mixed forest. Alder-ash marshes, piedmont marshes and Carpathian alder forests occur there. Out of the preserved plants Veratrum lobelianum, Carlina acaulis, Gentianella ciliata, Lilium martagon and a few spieces of orchids can be found. There is a great variety of preserved bat spieces: Plecotus auritus, Eptesicus serotinus, Myotis myotis, Myotis nattereri, Rhinolophus hipposideros and shrew-mouses spieces: Sorex araneus, Sorex minutus, Neomys fodiens, Neomys anomalus, Crocidura suaveolens. On the area of the Park ermines, weasels, dormuses, moles, eastern hedgehogs, otters and also 80 preserved bird spieces like: black storks, hawfinches, tree creepers, coalmouses and bottle tits can be found. The reserve of inanimate nature "Stone Mushroom" is situated on the north-eastern slope of Bukowiec hill in Połom Duży place. The reserve was created in order to protect a mushroom shaped stone, groups of rocks built of sandstone and fragments of a Carpathian beech forest.
