Neo-Gothic brick building with a five-storey clock tower was built in 1909.
The building belongs to the Fire Brigade Headquarters. The rooms on the first floor housed the Fire Museum. Currently the meeting room with the painting "Fire engine going to a fire" is being renovated. The building also houses a branch of Włocławek Cultural Centre.
