At present it tells about this building "blu angel house" because below of the windows of the first floor the wing angel heads are placed. The angel is the symbol of Torun city.
The tenement house on Łazienna 28 Street is a former three-axial tenement house united in the middle of the XIXth century. In the beginning of the XXth century it was completely renovated, yet four floor was added and the facade was given an ornament called historism.
