The tenement house designed by Bernardo Morando.
In 1582, probably the first in the market square, wooden house was built here for Bernardo Morando. Later on, a tenement house was also built there. In 1956-57, the building was extended with the second floor.
Modest elevations are drawing attention only with 14 monkeys on the bas-relief finals of the windows. There is original detail preserved partially: a low relief narrow frieze with a twig on the facade from the Market Square side and the frieze above the window on the first floor from the front side.
